Provides training and leadership during field operations and training events. Assists with operations in the field as required and maintain communications with the EOC.

Acts as the intake point for messages submitted for transmission to the EOC. Interfaces with the public, other agencies and the Post Radio Operator. Verifies that submitted messages are properly composed and keeps records of all submitted message activity.

Overall management responsibility for Community Teams.
