The Seattle EOC is located at 105 5th Ave South , at the corner of 5th Ave South and South Washington St. Note that as of 21 February, both the Google Maps database and the Mapquest database have the address in the wrong location.  Other online maps and GPS databases are likely to have the same error.  The EOC is south of Yesler Way, on the northwest corner of the intersection of 5th Ave South and South Washington St.

FROM I-5 SOUTHBOUND

Take the James Street Exit - On the RIGHT-hand side of I-5 (Exit 165A)

Take 6th Avenue Ramp

Continue onto 6th Avenue 

Turn RIGHT onto James Street

Turn LEFT onto 5th Avenue (be in the far RIGHT lane)

Proceed on 5th Avenue (turns into 5th Avenue South).

FROM I-5 NORTHBOUND

Take Exit 164A (I-90 E, Dearborn Street, James Street, Spokane Street, Madison Street

Take James Street Ramp on RIGHT

Turn LEFT onto James Street

Turn LEFT onto 5th Avenue (be in the far RIGHT lane)

Proceed on 5th Avenue (turns into 5th Avenue South).

ENTRY

 Press intercom at  105 5th Avenue South, Suite 300 (intercom located to the right of the doors opposite the large Bamboo Art installation).  Please have your official Seattle ACS ID ready when you enter the foyer.

PAY PARKING LOTS

The most convenient are as follows:

5th Avenue South and South Washington Street.  U-Park Lot – Directly Across the Street from the EOC (Known as the Hill Lot).  Be in far LEFT lane on 5th Avenue South.  Parking Lot entrance just before  South Washington.

5th Avenue South and South Washington Street.  Public Parking – Directly Across the Street from the EOC and Fire Station #10.  Proceed on 5th Avenue South in the  RIGHT-hand lane.  Turn RIGHT on South Washington.  Parking lot entrance directly on your LEFT.
